Ba squiat Basquiat was an extraordinary artist who rose to success during the 1980s as part of the Neo-expressionism movement. Jean-Michel Basquiat: King Pleasure” is Michael Basquiat’s most extensive exhibition. This profoundly personal exhibition was created by the Basquiat family, with the exhibition designed by acclaimed architect Sir David Adjaye OBE (https://www.adjaye.com/) ~ the architect for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History in Washington, D.C., and the Studio Museum in Harlem, to name just a few. Walls designed at BB Props programmed by David Dostilio and carved by Frida De Myr with the Kuka robot arm.
